How we work
Not every job is a full refit. We take on planned plumbing work of all sizes, and we treat a new tap with the same care as a new bathroom.
That covers things like replacing a dripping tap or a toilet that won’t stop running, fitting a new shower, adding an outside tap or moving pipework before other trades come in. If you’re having a kitchen fitted, we can do the plumbing first so your kitchen fitter can get straight on.
We focus on planned work rather than emergency call-outs, which is how we keep our fitting dates reliable. If you’re an existing customer with an urgent leak, call us and we’ll help if we can.
For smaller jobs we can often give you a price over the phone or from a few photos. For anything bigger, we’ll come and have a look first, and you’ll get the price in writing before we start.
